About: A 200-year-old Piedmontese stone farmhouse rebuilt from a ruin over a decade and joined to a modern extension, set at 550 metres on a hill in the Langhe near Santo Stefano Belbo, with four en-suite bedrooms, a pool house, an eighteen-metre infinity pool, and 1.7 hectares of its own Moscato and Dolcetto vineyards, wrapped in a wild, drought-conscious Mediterranean garden by Madrid landscape designer Fernando Martos.

About: A 150-square-metre former cabaña pasiega restored to standard by the Madrid studio Estudio Mínima. Set deep in the green Valles Pasiegos of Cantabria and forty minutes from the Cantabrian Sea.
